You will be a part of LIDL Baltics IT department that is responsible for IT infrastructure Management, IT Business Solutions, IT Service & Support and IT Security.

Currently we are looking for a Information Security Specialist who will be a part of a global Lidl IT security team and represent security (Baltic States) across it with full ownership in security domain.

Your team: You will be a part of LIDL Baltics IT department that is responsible for IT infrastructure Management, IT Business Solutions, IT Service & Support and IT Security.

Job Decription:

  • Design, develop and champion international LIDL information security processes across the organization in the Baltic States.
  • Collaborate with international teams in identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining processes across the organisation to reduce information and cyber risks.
  • Implement awareness raising measures, conduct training, consult employees.
  • Carry out internal audits of the company’s internal and external partners, information security risk assessments.
  • Supervise (where relevant) security incidents.
  • Ensure Information Services Continuity Management (IT-SCM).
  • Manage IT security risks in collaboration with global CISO.
  • Advise on information security aspects and risks of new initiatives.
  • Conduct training and awareness activities.
  • Keep track of relevant regulatory developments, worldwide and industry trends.
  • Carry out projects together with the Data Protection Officer.

Reikalavimai

  • At least 1 year of directly related experience in a IT Security specialist role.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
  • Always on the lookout for innovative methods to improve security across the organization.
  • Desire to learn from, teach, and share with others.
  • Strong project management communication and presentation skills.
  • Accuracy and high sense of responsibility and proactivity.
